As the month draws to a close, it’s important to do all you can to bring a strong end to your business month.
So, how do you do that?
Here are 3 tips that can help you get more business at the end of the month.
1) Contact the Fence Sitters.
You know who I’m talking about. These are the “forever maybe’s” that you’ve been working with throughout the month. Give them one last “courtesy” call. Tell them that you’re scheduling next month’s coaching and mentoring… that you’re assembling next month’s team of people that
you’ll help make money. So you’re calling to find out whether they are “in or out”? Do they want help making money? Or not.
This activity alone is therapeutic since it helps you clear out your prospect list. That in turn helps you focus on where you should spend your prospecting and mentoring time next month.
2) Contact Your Newest Distributors.
Look through your genealogy. See who is new. Call them and introduce yourself. Let them know that you’re there to assist them. Ask them if their sponsor has been helping them to introduce the product, service or opportunity to their warm market. If not, ask them to pull out their list
of people and start calling those people with your new distributor on the phone with you.
This activity helps your new distributor feel supported in business. It helps them get a check right away. And getting a check right away is vital in keeping them in business longer. And it also builds business volume in your organization which of course helps your commission check.
3) Contact Distributors Without Autoship.
These are distributors that may have removed their autoship a few months ago. Let them know that they’re about to lose their tax savings by removing their autoship… since an autoship is often a requirement for being in business with your company. The cost of the autoship could be outweighed by the tax benefit they might receive from having an autoship in place and having a business. (Disclaimer: I’m not an accountant. Also ask your distributor if they’ve been receiving the help they need. Ask for referrals so that you can build business volume under them and help them get their product paid for.
Does your business run on weekly cycles instead of monthly cycles?
If so, you can do this same activities weekly instead of monthly.
These are just 3 quick tips that can be used at the end of the business cycle to generate more business volume and larger commission checks for you and your family.
