If you’re like most distributors I know that are generating their own mlm leads, you have your prospects in an email autoresponder getting your drip email messages. But after time, those pre-written email messages run out. There are no more to send out. And when that happens, your prospects stop hearing from you. The prospecting process ends.

Now you have a list of prospects that were at one time interested in your business.

So now what do you do?

You haven’t been able to connect with them up to now. So how do you connect with them now that the email campaign is dead?

I suggest that you continue to drip on those prospects with your own content.

But what do you write? What do you say in your emails?

One of the keys to successful email marketing is sending emails that bring value to your prospects. So instead of constantly hitting the prospect with “join now” emails, send them emails that help them in their decision making process. Doing so makes you a valued asset and positions you as an expert.

Let me give you an example..

I might send a prospect an email that might read like..

“Hi [FIRSTNAME], I read an article today that made me think of you. The article was appropriately titled ‘The Home Office: Skip the Commute, Work in Your Pajamas, and Save Money’. You can read the full article here.

“The article talks about how to setup your home office. After reading the article, I wish I had someone to mentor and guide me with this sort of insight when I started my home business 21 years ago.

“You know [FIRSTNAME] sometimes the hardest part of starting a business is just that.. the start. If ever you have questions about what to do from home or how to go about it, just let me know. I’ve been doing this for years and have seen a lot. Just hit be back on email here. Or you can call or text me at XXX-XXX-XXX. (Yes I’m a real person and I really answer my phone! 🙂 )

So instead of pounding out the “join now” emails, can you see how this sort of email would bring value to your prospect?

Can you see how this positions you as the “expert” that can help your prospect?

Go beyond the default emails in your lead capture page system. Put your personal experiences in your emails. Bring value to your prospects. When you do, you’ll start sponsoring more people out of your optin lead list.
